Note: Yoga and meditation both draw energy up towards the crown chakra. Adding a mala designed to stimulate the third eye or crown chakra may bring all kinds of interesting dreams, visions and psychic experiences, so be sure to find ways to ground yourself. Sometimes, it's good to have a mala specifically made for the lower chakras to help you reconnect with the earth when you've been up in the stars a bit! xo
