I couldn't explain it, but class by class, I went from being a miserable, isolated, overwhelmed soul to feeling genuinely happy. It carried me through the darkest period of my life and carries me still.

Mine is not a unique experience. Yoga has helped millions of people across the globe and has earned the attention of many brilliant researchers and scholars who have sought to understand more thoroughly its power. This short documentary seeks to explain those findings.
